Saturday, August 15, 2009. 8am: 22nd Annual AIDS Walk Colorado (Cheesman Park)
Vintage Clutch Divas participated in the 22nd annual AIDS Walk Colorado. Attendance reached nearly 8,000 people- a crowd larger than the year before - who came together to show their support of Colorado AIDS Project and more than 20 other HIV/AIDS service organizations who also benefit from the funds raised.
With AIDS being the leading cause of death for black women (including African American women) aged 25-34 years, it's a very important matter to VCD.
